Our Smoker

This is how we slow cook our meat. All of our meat is delicately prepared after marinating in our unique dry rub. The meat is then placed in our top-of-the line Southern Pride Smoker. Cherry wood is used to provide a savory smoked aroma and taste. Our meat is smoked for up to 12-hours at low temps to seal in all that juicy flavor.
